Your People. Empowered.

Storyline Workshops is a design thinking approach which can be applied to any team building or business challenge. It provides clarity & structure when people have to contribute to a specific solution and makes reaching a shared objective as a group easier.

Let’s tell your story.

Workshops or workshop modules always have a distinct purpose. This will allow the participants to align on the challenge at hand and work with focus towards a clear goal. The clear scoping of each work session helps to facilitate creative thinking while preventing endless discussions and losing the actual point.

  • Align.

Participants share individual perspectives and align on a shared understanding of the way forward. The development of reference models and a shared language improve communication and understanding.

  • Discover.

Participants collect facts and unknowns through structured methods to create a solid foundation of knowledge. Discovery workshops equip teams with the necessary full picture to make well-informed decisions.

  • Design.

Design workshops allow everyone to participate and contribute. Distinct and scoped methods provide guidance and clarity for what’s expected. They deliver the substance for what will be planned and implemented later.

  • Plan.

All the results from the align, discovery and design phases are combined to allow for realistic planning. On a strong foundation, the participants can determine priorities, dependencies & consequences.

  • Implement.

Joint by involved and affected stakeholders, the plan will be set into motion. All the key players start from the same place in terms of understanding and expectation. This helps to create stable and well-performing initiatives.

Equip your people with the skills to design and run impactful workshops.

With the Storyline Workshop “Train Your Designers” Modules, I help people acquire and develop workshop design and facilitation skills. The key building blocks of the training are

  • How to scope and specify single sessions or workshop series

  • The building of storylines that deliver a coherent experience

  • Identification of the “from scratch” design of group exercises

  • Essentials to facilitate the preparation and execution of workshops

  • Collection & documentation of workshop results
